Compatibility & Setup

• Make sure your vehicle supports factory wired Apple CarPlay. A standard USB port alone does not guarantee compatibility.
• Connect the AI box to the vehicle’s wired CarPlay USB port with the appropriate supplied cable.
• Let the device boot, then follow the on-screen instructions to connect a phone and set up Wi-Fi or other internet access as needed.
• App availability, phone pairing and touch-screen behaviour vary by vehicle, firmware and app.
