This CCS to NACS adapter lets Tesla Model S, 3, X and Y owners, and drivers of other NACS (J3400) EVs, fast-charge at CCS1 DC charging stations. It opens up thousands of extra fast-charging locations across North America for road trips and daily driving.
The adapter supports up to 500A and 1,000V, for charging rates up to 500 kW depending on your vehicle and the station. It is certified to UL 2252 safety standards, with built-in thermal protection and automatic over-temperature shut-off. Its IP67 rating protects against water and dust, and it is tested for operation from -30°C to 50°C.
Before you buy, check compatibility. Tesla vehicles must show “CCS Adapter Support: Enabled” under Controls > Software > Additional Vehicle Info. Other NACS EVs should check the vehicle settings or owner’s manual. The adapter is not compatible with the Cybertruck and does not support AC charging.
